Weekly PlanWeekly individual coaching is the fastest and most effective way to improve your business. You'll meet with your coach every week, for a minimum of an hour. All Business Evaluation, DISC and FINTEL tools are included. This also includes team coaching for key staff members as required. You'll also have unlimited telephone and e-mail coaching support. You and your coach will spend the first few weeks gathering information and analyzing where your business is and where you want it to go. The agenda after the analysis is then decided by you and your coach, with the most pressing issues being addressed first. Bi-Weekly Plan
Business Effectiveness EvaluationThe Business Effectiveness Evaluation is a tool that helps business owners "grade" the effectiveness of themselves and their business in the areas of marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, business systems, profit margins, financial management, leadership and work/life balance. This Evaluation is a part of every coaching assignment and the Business Effectiveness Series. It is used to determine areas of strength and weakness in a business and is also available as a stand-alone service. Fintel - Financial Analysis Program
Business Effectiveness SeriesThe Business Effectiveness Series is a 13-week group coaching session that covers the essentials of Business Effectiveness. This series meets for one two-hour session a week for 13 consecutive weeks. Topics covered include a personal style analysis (Extended DISC), vision and mission, marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, and financial analysis. This series is most effective for motivated self-starters who need little follow-up to insure they put the knowledge gained into practice in their business. |
